General Shipping Policy:

 

Orders processed Monday through Friday will be  shipped within 5-14 business days after credit card authorization has been verified. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will process the following business day. 

 

All orders are shipped via USPS

 

* First Class: Will arrive in 5-7 business days

 

*Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days

 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country.

Return and Exchange Policy

 

We will accept all returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Customized items are non-returnable which includes items hand stamped. 

 

Please follow below steps to return or exchange items:

 

1. Return all items in good condition.

2. Include the original invoice and packaging.

3. Write "Return" or "Exchange" on the invoice.

4. Include your daytime phone number.

5. If your exchanging write on the invoice what product you would like to purchase instead, include item name, item number, length and size.

 

Please ship Returns and Exchange via Postal Service to our PO Box. Josie and sons is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during shipping. We will credit your account within 20 days Josie and Sons receiving your item.
